The irony of being clean

My teeth are dirty, so I brushed my teeth.
My teeth are now cleaned but I dirtied my brush.

My brush is dirty, so I washed my brush,
My brush is now cleaned but I soiled my hands.

My hands are dirty, so I cleaned my hands
My hands are now cleaned but I tarnished my sink,

As I cleaned up one thing, I dirtied another
As I washed up one thing, I soiled another.

Did I clean my teeth since I dirtied my brush?
Did I clean my brush since I dirtied my hands?
Did I clean my hands since I dirtied my sink?
Maybe I'm better off by not cleaning my teeth.

Irony of many CPF members who were investing.

Maybe they are better off by not investing their CPF money.

Hi bro8888,

Hmm, I think it depends on how u see it. Sometimes we just have to lose some money to realise how fortunate it is to get a guaranted interest. You have to go one round trip around the world to realise that home is where you start off with :) you could have made more by not investing the money on cpf, but you wouldn't be satiated until you've lost some money haha!!

LP,

My compliments to your fine taste in woman ;)

She sure is bubbly like champagne!

Sip; don't gulp.

Hi SMOL,

Haha, say until I'm a womanizer like that lol

I'm the tree, she's the monkey. She hops around, jumps around and makes a lot of noise, while I stay put, rooted and quiet. We compliment each other very well because I admire her spontaneity while she likes my stability ;)

Hmm...
LP,

Can't catch the message behind the writing...

In terms of tradeoffs? Isn't it obvious the teeth that is with u for years must be kept clean compared to sink?

Hi SI,

Haha, I meant to discuss about the act of cleaning usually means dirtying other thing. We say that a fly is dirty because it washes its feet when it lands on our feet. But to the fly, it's actually cleaning itself. Similarly, when we're dirty we go to the shower. By washing off our dirt onto the shower area, we're dirtying it. So are we really clean before the shower or after the shower?

Same action, but because we switched our perspective, can mean totally opposite meaning :)
